FAQs
What materials can you laser engrave?
We can laser engrave a wide variety of materials, including wood, metal, glass, leather, acrylic, coated materials, and more. Every material reacts differently to a laser, so if you have something specific in mind, send us the details through our Request a Quote form and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
What types of products can you custom engrave?
We create everything from engraved tumblers, drinkware, signs, plaques, awards, leather patches, cutting and charcuterie boards, glassware, flasks, gifts, and promotional products to completely custom projects.

If you have an idea that isn’t listed, send it our way. Custom projects are what we do.
Can you engrave my company logo?
Absolutely. We can laser engrave company logos, business names, artwork, text, and other branding onto a variety of products and materials. This is a great option for company gifts, promotional products, employee gear, branded merchandise, and customer gifts.
Can you laser engrave photos?
Yes. Certain materials work especially well for custom photo engraving, including wood and select coated surfaces. Photo quality matters, so send us the highest-resolution image you have and we’ll determine the best approach for your project.
How do I send you my logo, photo, or design?
Upload your artwork directly through our Request a Quote form. You can send us your logo, photo, graphic, or other design along with information about what you’d like engraved.
Â
Not sure if your file is ready for laser engraving? Send us what you have and we’ll take a look.
Is there a minimum order for laser engraving?
No. There is no minimum order. We can create a single personalized item or handle larger engraving runs for businesses, events, organizations, and promotional projects.
Â
For larger quantities, request a quote and we’ll provide pricing based on your specific project.
Can I bring you my own item to engrave?
Possibly. Customer-supplied items are accepted on a case-by-case basis because the material, finish, shape, and construction can affect whether an item can be safely and successfully laser engraved.
Â
Send us information and photos of the item through our Request a Quote form and we’ll let you know if we can work with it.
How long does custom laser engraving take?
Turnaround time depends on the product, material, quantity, design complexity, and whether materials need to be ordered. Smaller projects may be completed quickly, while larger or specialty orders can require additional production time.
Â
Once we review your project, we’ll provide an estimated turnaround time with your quote. Have a deadline? Let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
